Hi! I'm Dionne Pedersen

Hi! I'm Dionne Pedersen, artist, designer, wife, and stepmom of 2. I fell into this wonderful venture thanks to my husband and his business partner. They have a Shutter Company in NC. After a layoff in February 2020 due to Covid, we were brainstorming ways to repurpose the wood in the shop. We came up with making jewelry. After brainstorming lots of names, the name Second Nature Jewelry stuck. I took a leap of faith in January 2021 and went to my first Atlanta Gift Market. So far, our earrings are in 130 stores across the US. This new career is truly a blessing. I found something I love and hopefully you will love it too. *Nickel free hardware
